All the familiar classics are here, illustrated with pictures that make me think of my childhood. Not as charming as the illustrious Grahame Johnstone sisters, or even Eric and Lucy Kincaid, but still quite appealing in all their detail.
Love seeing biographical information about the artists! (Also, the editor "Watty Piper" is not actually a real person. It was the name that Arnold Munk came up with to use in publishing children's books)
