The Best Little Monkeys in the WorldNatalie Standifordillustrated by Hilary Knight 1987
Now that Charlotte has started babysitting, she loves this book even more! Hilary Knight's hilarious illustrations show a negligent babysitter (who does nothing but talk on the phone the whole time!) and her two mischievous monkey charges. Even though they create quite the mess, they prove to be "the best little monkeys" in the end.
